I checked out the gift shop before our zoo trip thinking, okay, maybe I’ll grab a few cute things for the kids ahead of time. But the selection felt limited. It was mostly the same basic items, and I kept thinking, is this really all there is? There also weren’t many size or option choices, which was a bummer. Checkout was easy enough, so no complaints there, but I just wish there had been more fun stuff to choose from

I went to the admission fair and felt really good about it. The membership ended up saving us money, which was a nice bonus and made the whole experience feel even more worthwhile. I’m glad we decided to go.

I bought our tickets on brzoo.org before we headed out, and it was easy. The site worked fine on my phone, and you just pick what you need, pay, and you’re done without making it some whole ordeal.
When we got to the zoo, they scanned the tickets really quickly and we were inside within a few minutes. With kids excited and ready to run around, you definitely appreciate not having to deal with confusion or a long line. I’d do it the same way next time

Overall, it was easy to walk around, which I appreciated because I didn’t feel lost the whole time. But a few of the signs seemed to point the wrong way, and that got a little frustrating because I kept second-guessing where I was supposed to go.

I really liked walking around here. It has a calm, easy atmosphere, with views all over the place. Just a nice spot to spend a slow day and not feel rushed or anythign.

I went here with my son’s school field trip, and it turned out to be a really nice day. The staff was super friendly and did a great job keeping all the kids moving along without it feeling rushed. The animals looked well cared for, and the whole place was easy to walk through. The kids were especially excited about the "giraffes" and the "playground", those were definitely the highlights. I’d happily come back again with my family.

I’m not totally sure what I expected going in, but the animal encounters ended up being really fun. The feeding part was probably my favorite, and the staff helped a lot, which made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable.

I checked out brzoo.org because a few pages looked useful at first, but some of the info didn’t match what I was seeing on other sites or hearing from other people. Compared to the more commonly referenced sources, it felt a bit behind or inconsistent. I ended up having to double-check a bunch of things myself, which was kind of frustrating. It’s not completely useless, but I wouldn’t rely on it alone for accurate info.

We went last weekend almost every animal was out, which was awesome. The habitats looked clean and roomy, and the signs were easy enough to follow without getting turned around. The kids had a really good time, so I can’t complain too much. The only frustrating part was all the waiting, especially in a few lines that felt like they were barely moving. Still, overall it was a fun day

parking was super easy and there were plenty of spots available. no circling around, no stress, just parked and went in.

I stopped by recently and it was alright overall. Some of the paths and seating areas were clean, but there were also a few spots that looked a bit worn down and could use more attention. The bathrooms weren’t the best either. Anyway... it wasn’t a bad experience, it just feels like the place would be nicer with more regular upkeep.

I went when it was crowded, so the wait was longer than I expected and the lines moved kinda slow. Not a terrible experience, but definitely feels hit or miss depending on how busy it is.

We took the train ride and it was okay—actually, the kids seemed to really enjoy it, so that helped. It did feel a little short though, and for the price I was expecting a bit more. Not bad, just maybe not something I’d rush to do again.

Went on a warm afternoon, I think around the hottest part of the day, and it was actually more comfortable than I expected. There was a good amount of shade along the paths, though some areas were still toasty. Not sure what it’s like earlier in the day or on a busier weekend, but for a casual walk it worked out well. I’d go back, just definitely bring water

I was kind of feeling trapped because I really needed to get this done and didn’t want to deal with any sketchy sites. Thankfully, there were no weird popups or anything like that, and the checkout felt secure to me.

We booked my kid’s birthday party through brzoo.org, and overall it turned out fine. The animal part was really cute and the kids had a great time, so that was definitely the highlight. That said, the coordination was a bit frustrating. I had to ask more than once about the timing and where we were supposed to set everything up, which wasn’t ideal when you’re trying to host a kids’ party. The staff was friendly and helpful once we got answers, so I do appreciate that. I just wish the whole thing had been a little more organized from the start

We went for the education programs and keeper talks, and my kids actually stayed interested the whole time, which surprised me. The staff was easy to understand, really friendly, and made everything fun. It ended up being a really nice little learning day.

I thought the place looked really clean, and the keepers came across as genuinely caring. I can’t say for sure, but it kind of felt like the animals get a lot of attention behind the scenes too.

I got my confirmation after a few minutes, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but I was definitely a little impatient waiting. Overall, it worked fine, I just wish the process felt smoother
